ASANA

PRESS POINTS
Grounding Points. The obvious structural points which are the foundation of the posture and establish its form. The mind focuses on the press and the body moves in response to the pressing. Using simple "press points" when entering and holding postures helps achieve proper alignment of the body. some press points used include the crown of the head, soles of the feet, the sitz bones, the hips, the chest, pelvis, and shoulder blades.
